uuh..this threat usually not responded...
but, we can study here..let's we study english together...(TOEFL's still important..)

TOEFL isn't important. It make headche.
The most important is can speak in and know what that spoken in it.

That's just for me.

May be for the others is enjoyable. And may be for the college students are like ITS is very Important. Because to be graduated they have to lost of it.

Guys...

Well, I feel lucky that my english is not so bad... so when my company want to send me to UK England, I'm ready... And that is the best thing of my life... enjoying Europe and lived there for a while
Also now I'm working as an International Staff in China...

Lesson and Learned for this is, English both Written and Speaking is a MUST
You will be sorry if you late to realize this... especially when there is a chance that require english as basic reqirement like Working Interview, dealing with foreign Client, making presentation, international assignment and etc...

So, from my experience... try to listen to english lyric band or watch DVD... it's work man... believe me

I approve with you brother. By listening English lyric song or by watching Foreign movies on their conversations will add our vocabullaries. So, when our vocab are much, automatically our capabilities are improve too. Although Im not as a worker like you brother, but I have a dreams, desires or hopeless that sometimes I can visit or may be live in foreign area especially is europe. But, I think that is just a dreams which may be I can't reach it.
